My Fitness Journey | Monthly Progress

On March 11th, it was officially one month since I took progress pics so I decided to put on the same outfit and pose in the same way (with the same amount of makeup) and take an update picture!!

I started taking Gburn by Success by Health in November of 2018 and as of this morning I have lost 25 pounds!!! I was 144 when I started (thank you breastfeeding cravings and stupid hormones) and today when I woke up I was 119.

I can’t even put into words how excited I am. I went 4 years without losing a single pound or seeing any results from working out. It’s so hard to stay motivated when you’re not seeing results.

Thats why im so thankful for Gburn. I started taking it in November, then started losing weight out of the blue. I didn’t even know it would help me to lose weight, I was taking it for an energy boost!

After I started seeing the number on the scale go down, I got real motivated to start living a more healthy lifestyle. I work out about 5 days a week now with a low impact at home workout I designed myself (nothing fancy), I do 10 minutes of elliptical on workout days, and I’ve recently started doing Zumba once a week.

It amazes me how motivated I am to live more healthy. I have started drinking less pop (yall thats such a huge deal you don’t even know), more water (water used to make me gag, literally) and more healthy food choices! Since I’m never hungry – thank you Gburn- when I do eat I know I need to make healthy choices so my body can be properly fueled.

I have noticed myself wanting less sweets, hardly ever snacking, and literally CRAVING water! I have a cup with me at all times.

Before this month, I didn’t really realize any energy boost from Gburn, but the more I pay attention the more I see I have had a lot more energy since taking it! It does the same thing for me that a cup of coffee does.

I still drink a cup every morning, which is probably why I didn’t notice the Gburn giving me energy. I thought it was just the coffee. I have come to realize though that it is the Gburn and I’m even more thankful for it than before!

I am so excited about the direction my life is taking and it’s all centered around being in a good state of mental health and that’s all centered around finally being comfortable in my own skin for the first time in 4 years.

I have started a new Instagram account just for my fitness journey. I will be posting lots of progress updates, workouts, meals and all sorts of stuff over there. I literally have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m happy to show y’all any way! What I’m doing is working for me and it might work for you too!

I think it’s important to show the imperfect side of things like a fitness journey. There’s so many accounts that show the finished product and it can be discouraging if you didn’t see where they were at the beginning. I plan on sharing all sorts of embarrassing pictures with you guys over on my new instagram including busting out of pants, attempting yoga poses, even bathing suit pics when the time comes!     Where do you get G-BURN? I too am cutting soda. Diet coke is my morning coffee so I will still drink it. And have gone on to water and unsweet tea. Starting Leslie Sansone walking tapes.
