I am a 4’9″ woman on the seasoned side of 20. I have a three-year-old old daughter (almost 4), and I weighed nearly 10 pounds more than when I was 9 months pregnant.

When I started to gain weight

When I breastfed my daughter I gained nearly 30 lbs. Where most people say breastfeeding helped them lose their baby weight, Breastfeeding gave me the appetite of a 14-year-old boy.

I could (and did) eat whole pizzas by myself, I mean if you would have put catsup on cardboard, I would have eaten it.

I am not complaining, I am very blessed to have been able to feed my daughter for 13 months and I wouldn’t trade that time I had with her for the world, but after it was over and I was 144 lbs (at 4’9″ mind you), I found myself in a very bad place both physically and emotionally.

I’m not going to go into detail about my past emotional state in this post, but that will be coming to my blog soon, and I will be sure to link it here when it’s available.

I just wanted to give a little background history before diving into the new product I’ve been using that has absolutely changed my life.

Then I was introduced to G-Burn

Back in November, my mom told me about these new pills people at her church were taking, she told me it gives you energy, so I took it! I mean come on, who couldn’t use a little more energy?

The first day I took it I felt like I could push a building over. I had so much energy, I was running around in double speed cleaning my house, working on my business and playing with my daughter, it was wild.

After the first month, with changing nothing about my lifestyle, I lost 10 lbs. I could see the changes in my face and my legs then eventually my tummy.

My husband could tell, my clothes started to get really loose and my mood started to change entirely. Why wouldn’t it? I had lost 10 lbs without even trying!

G-Burn pills are gluten-free, organic and made with vegetable capsules.

They are considered a nutraceutical, which is “a food containing health-giving additives and having medicinal benefit”.

The directions say to take one pill 30 minutes before breakfast and one pill 30 minutes before lunch. I have just been taking one pill at about 11:30 every day and that seems to do the trick for me.

If I took two a day, my assumption is I would lose weight even faster! I actually may start doing that and let you guys know how it goes!

I have started to get to the point now where people are noticing my weight loss and asking me about it and the first thing I say is “I’m taking G-Burn pills”.

The last time I lost weight (before I had my daughter) I literally spent 3 hours in the gym almost every day; an hour of cardio, an hour of free weights and then an hour of Zumba.

Things to know before taking G-Burn

• You do need to drink a lot of water when taking G-Burn, it helps your body absorb the minerals better and helps you burn fat faster. I have noticed that my mouth seems to be dry a lot so I’m craving water anyway which has actually made drinking more water come really naturally to me.
• Make sure you remember to eat. I realize that sounds funny, but if you don’t feel hungry, it’s easy to forget! I was super tired all the time in the beginning because I wasn’t eating properly, I was also really super cold. Making sure you eat is very important.
